The Alta Labs AP6-Pro Outdoor is a high-performance, omnidirectional WiFi 6 outdoor access point engineered for reliable, high-speed wireless coverage in harsh environments. Built with an IP68-rated enclosure and an extreme operating range of -40 to 70°C, it is purpose-designed for year-round outdoor deployments across commercial, industrial, education, and hospitality sites.
Powered via PoE+ for a clean and simplified installation, the AP6-Pro Outdoor combines strong coverage with modern wireless efficiency, delivering up to 6.3 Gbps combined WiFi capacity using a dual-band, 6-stream platform. It also incorporates 4096-QAM, a key “WiFi 7-class” capability that improves efficiency and throughput in suitable client conditions.
For scalable deployments, the AP integrates with the Alta Management platform and the Alta Networks mobile app, enabling remote configuration, monitoring, and rapid changes without taking the network offline. Advanced functionality includes intelligent mesh formation, seamless roaming support, hotspot capability, and a built-in DPI-based filtering engine to support stronger control and safer internet use at the edge.
A built-in pole mount and included wall-mount hardware provide flexible mounting options for exterior walls, poles, yards, loading docks, car parks, courtyards, and perimeter coverage.
